This dreamy holiday home sits on the coast between Split and Makarska. It’s in a small village, Ruskamen, just outside of popular Omiš. There are beaches galore – we like Plaža Artina and Stanići Beach – as well as plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. This is an excellent spot for a relaxing holiday – you’re close to attractions and amenities while maintaining a soothing distance from the tourist crowds. The villa is exquisite – a modern home with everything you might need. The decor is cool and calm, with glass walls that bring the outside in. And in a location like this, you’ll want to be outside as much as possible. The villa is perched on a hill above the Adriatic, offering incredible views. This home has been designed with this in mind, so sea views draw the eye from almost every angle. You’ll wake up to the blue vista each morning, and might sip your coffee on the balcony while admiring the coastal scenery.
