This elegant hall situated in Norwich awaits you, with verdant private grounds that are perfect for spending afternoons out on the grass under the sun as a family. What makes this home unforgettable is the amazing access to the gorgeous surrounding lake, fitted with a boat berth and kayak for all of your boating needs – we recommend sitting on the deck as you dip your feet in the water while you sip on a cup of coffee or glass of wine. From the lake, you'll find that you're encompassed by plenty of greenery in this incredibly peaceful and rural spot. Evenings can be spent playing on the pool table as you challenge your loved ones to some games. Watch the sunset in the evenings from the alcove sofa in the dining room with a book as you sink into the comfy cushions – you may spot the local birds flying to their nests as the amber glow closes in. The city centre of Norwich is only a twenty–two–minute drive away and is filled to the brim with eateries, shops to browse, and charming pubs to while the hours away as a family. Bracon Ash is a short walk away with... a wonderful playground for the children as you tuck into a light bite under the sun – or a tasty homemade picnic.
