Right on the Dubai Marina, this contemporary apartment shines like a jewel. From the marble floors to the elegant furniture, everything about this home is opulence. Not to mention the walls dressed in bright modern art, adding a chic quirkiness to this waterfront home. The attention to detail is delightful – even the light fixtures are a work of art. The interior is beautiful, but your eyes will naturally lead to the spectacular view before you. Dubai's iconic cityscape and marina view sprawl out, dotted with skyscrapers and luxurious yachts. Both bedrooms share this wondrous view, a pretty good wake-up call we think. One of the bedrooms has access to the balcony, so you can easily enjoy your morning coffee and some breakfast while feeling the warmth of the morning sun on your face. When you want to get out and explore, the marina promenade below has more cafes, restaurants, and shops than you can shake a stick at. If you do fancy doing a spot of shopping, the Marina Mall is just a twenty-five-minute walk away, or the famous Dubai Mall is a twenty-minute drive. If you're a thrill seeker that loves water sports, Marina beach is known for it... – just a fifteen-minute drive away. Or, if you just want to soak up the sun, the beautiful JBR beach is a ten-minute drive away. But you don't have to go far to catch some rays and go for a refreshing dip, you've got a glistening swimming pool right at home. Take an afternoon dip after a long day in the heat, before getting ready to take on Dubai's famous fine dining scene and nightlife.
