Nestled in the heart of Gràcia and situated in one of Barcelona’s most famous modernist buildings, this stunning 20th-century apartment is the perfect base for exploring the Catalan capital. You might recognise this home from the big screen – it’s been featured in films by both Wim Wenders and Pedro Almodóvar – or from the pages of El País, where it was listed as one of the country’s most unique homestays. Originally built in 1906 to accommodate the wealthy Ramos family, it’s practically overflowing with old-school charm, boasting ornate ceilings and gleaming parquet flooring, not to mention an abundance of unique design details – think gilded mirrors and bold art prints – that make this apartment one to remember. Start your day with a leisurely coffee in the palatial living room, then head downstairs and treat yourself to a refreshing dip in the private pool. If you’re anything like us, you could easily see yourself spending all day out here in the building’s secluded gardens but with Barcelona’s historic Gothic Quarter just a twenty-minute metro ride away, it would be rude not to head out and see what the rest of the city has to offer. Lose yourself down the paved... streets of the city centre or make your way to Barceloneta for a day of sunbathing on one of its sandy beaches. And when you've had your fill of being out and about, what better way to end the day than with a well-deserved glass of wine in your luxury home from home? Bliss.

About Gràcia
Gracia once was a separate town from Barcelona, and although that’s no longer the case, it still retains its unique feel. This cool neighbourhood is a maze of narrow streets and relaxed squares. Restaurants and cafes spill onto the pavements, buzzing with the hum of conversation. Creatives have made Gracia their home, and with that comes independent galleries, book shops and quirky shops. It seems fitting that this is the...
