There’s magic in the desert. You’ll revel in the solitude of vast spaces, restoring your soul as you focus on yourself and your surroundings. As day turns to night, you’ll experience breath-taking sunsets, watching the sky shift from powder blue through warm pastel hues of orange, pink and purple. Once the night sky settles into place, a mesmerising display of stars takes centre stage. A break to the desert is something special indeed. This home can be found in the south of Joshua Tree, an eight-minute drive downtown. It’s blessed with incredible panoramas from high on the mesa, taking in the dramatic mountains of the Joshua Tree National Park as well as a backdrop of the Big Bear Mountains to the west. Hikers will love exploring Indian Cove, which is ten minutes away, and it takes twelve minutes to drive to downtown 29 Palms – for an escape that feels as though it’s in the middle of nowhere, this home is remarkably well situated. A custom-built estate set on five acres, this home is set to impress. It’s a remarkable space, with everything you might wish for. Beautiful bedrooms look out onto the desert, giving guests a glorious view each...

About Joshua Tree National Park

Drive a couple of hours east of Los Angeles, and you’re in a different world. Nowhere is that more apparent than Joshua Tree with its many artist residences, rugged rock formations, and stark desert landscapes. Named after the twisted, bristled Joshua Tree, a stay in this little Mojave desert community is synonymous with art exhibitions, beautiful night skies, hikes, delicious food, and plenty of hours lounging about in aesthetically pleasing surroundings.
