This home is a real gem. Nestled in the ninth arrondissement, it sits amidst a honey-hued huddle of Haussmanian architecture, exuding Parisian elegance from the outset. You couldn't ask for a better location, just a four-minute stroll from the Galeries Lafayette and eight minutes from Au Printemps and the Palais Garnier. Stroll through the ninth's sweeping boulevards, passing opulent Belle Époque architecture and winding nineteenth-century covered passages brimming with independently owned boutiques and cafes. From its wrought-iron clad balcony, this home boasts a unique vantage point of Rue La Fayette and out towards the roof of the Palais Garnier. The interior is just as impressive, echoing the elegance of its surroundings through a classic yet contemporary design aesthetic. High ceilings, parquet flooring and heaps of natural light create a free-flowing ambience primed for relaxation. With a salon and sitting room, there's plenty of space for groups to kick back and unwind. Every detail ensures comfort, from the generous supply of books to the sumptuously dressed bedrooms to the luxurious bathrooms stocked with organic toiletries. We especially love the kitchen, equipped with Bosh appliances and, for you coffee connoisseurs, a french press and pour-over. After a restful slumber, spend mornings roosted here,... brewing espresso and tucking into croissants before a day of adventure.
