If you're looking for a home with an incredible view, you've hit the jackpot. This beautiful, bright penthouse apartment overlooks the Teign estuary, dotted with fishing boats, as well as the rolling hills of Shaldon. It's a picture-perfect scene. The dreamy view has the ability to transport you to another time, but the interior is sleek and contemporary. We love the accents of gold and the velvet furniture, adding a splash of opulence to this penthouse. The kitchen is bright, open, and inviting, and the living and kitchen space blends perfectly in with the large balcony. The patio doors create an effortless indoor/outdoor feel, as well as inviting in a beautiful natural light to illuminate the snow white walls. It's wonderfully sociable – you can easily prepare food in the kitchen while being a part of all the fun on the balcony. The heart of Teignmouth is just a six-minute walk away. Explore the seaside town's independent cafes, shops, pubs, and art galleries, and admire the traditional Georgian buildings. The local seafood is spectacularly fresh, it is a fishing port after all. Stop off at a waterfront restaurant for a spot of lunch, or pick up some straight off a fishing... boat to have a go at cooking yourself. There's something particularly special about preparing a dish yourself, then enjoying it alfresco on the comfort of your own balcony while looking out at the sweeping view.
