Sitting on the outer edges of Palm Springs, this condo is relatively humble, especially when compared to a lot of the lavish addresses found in the local area. The design is minimalist and inoffensive, with white walls, wooden surfaces and a few pieces of artwork peppered about the walls – although we have to concede that the fireplace adds a degree of much-welcomed hygge. What really elevates the home, however, is the communal amenities to which guests enjoy access. Just thirty yards from the glass doors, there's an invitingly blue swimming pool and neighbouring hot tub, all surrounded by loungers and Hockney-esque palm trees. If that all sounds a little too sedate, you may also be happy to hear that there are also a pair of tennis courts and a pickle ball court, with racquets available to borrow in the home. When you want to see a little more of Palm Springs, the Downtown neighbourhood is just over five minutes' drive away and offers a plethora of restaurants, galleries and shops. Further afield, the area is celebrated for its impressive amount of golf courses, plus some sensational hiking routes in Mt San Jacinto National Park.
