This is said to be the very last home on the Llŷn Peninsula, before the land meets the sea. It's a truly magical spot, where you can begin your adventures in this gorgeous corner of west Wales. The fully-refurbished cottage has plenty of charming touches, from the solid oak doors to the handmade staircase. You can light up the wood-burning stove on chilly evenings and get cosy on the sofa with a glass of wine. Or, when the sun is shining, take your tipple out onto the patio to admire the dreamy views in the fresh air. And, when you get hungry, the smart kitchen is ready and waiting for you to whip up some of your favourite dishes using fresh, local produce. The former fishing village of Aberdaron is around two miles away, where you can stroll along the mile-long sandy bay. If you're seeking some thrills, head to the aptly-named Hell's Mouth, a beach that's popular with fearless surfers. And, if you'd prefer to stick to dry land, lace up your hiking boots and join one of the trials weaving through Snowdonia National Park – it's roughly an hour away by car.
