With its peaceful setting in stunning countryside, we could feel our cares melting away as soon as we set foot through the door. Relax in the enclosed garden with its private hot tub – the perfect spot for a glass of bubbly. Or dine under the gazebo, whatever the weather. Inside, there’s a plush blue velvet sofa to rest on after a long country walk. Or whip up some Welsh rarebit in the sleek kitchen with its granite work surfaces. Out and about, the beautiful sands and dunes of Ynyslas are 4 miles away, if you fancy a walk on the beach, a picnic or a spot of windsurfing, while a little further is Borth with its pubs and shops. The Victorian university town of Aberystwyth, on the other hand, is a ten-minute drive from this lovely home. Have an amble along the promenade, or take a ride on the Cliff Railway and savour the vistas over Cardigan Bay.
