Vibrant St Ives is an excellent spot for a seaside break. This home sits right at its heart on a bustling street, just a two-minute walk from the harbour. As you sip your morning coffee you can watch the town come to life below, and you’re ideally situated for coffee runs and trips to the nearby cafes, restaurants and shops. As it’s a seaside town, you’ll likely spend much of your visit at the beach. Happily, you need only walk eight minutes to reach Porthminster Beach. Will you bring your bucket and spade and build sandcastles? Or do you prefer paddling in the shallows and skimming stones? You’ll instantly warm to the attractive apartment, which is spread over two floors so feels wonderfully spacious – you won’t be tripping up over each other’s belongings here. After a long day on the sand, you’ll be glad to soak in the bathtub with a glass of wine while dinner is sizzling in the modern kitchen. There are stylish touches throughout, making this a lovely space to call home. You'll never want to leave.
