With spectacular River Dart views, this charming family home is just the place for those after a coastal escape to South Devon. Wake up to breakfast on the sun-soaked deck with sweeping views across the harbour, over the River Dart and out to Dartmouth. The Atlantic beckons beyond, and with easy access to the secluded coves, expansive sand and shingle beaches flanked by striking cliffs, it’ll be effortless to make the most of your location. When you’re not out exploring the seafront shops and teahouses in Dartmouth (a quick ferry ride away), or walking the cliff-grazing trails along the South West Coastal Path, spend sunny afternoons in one of the elegant waterfront pubs, watching the boats float up and down the river. Enjoy long balmy evenings with a barbecued seafood feast on the patio, with today’s catch you picked up from the local fishmonger, and soak up the last of the lingering light. As dusk descends, the cosy lounge, with its plush sofas and crackling fire, will be everyone’s first port of call for movie nights come nightfall.
