This converted mill is a dreamy place to while away a few days. Nestled in the rolling Norfolk countryside, it's the perfect place to begin your adventures in this lovely corner of England. There are 200 years of history steeped in this wonderful home, and you'll find period details everywhere, from the brickwork to the beamed ceilings. The unique layout, with its gallery study overlooking the main living space, just adds to the charm. Catch up on some work at the desk, or select a novel from the collection and curl up beside the roaring log fire to get toasty. And, on warm days, you can head out to the garden for a game of table tennis, or simply sip a glass of wine on the terrace as you gaze out at the water below. From here, walkers and cyclists can hit the trails to explore – or, hire a boat and glide through the landscapes. History buffs will be intrigued by the Whitwell & Reepham Railway Station, just a fifteen-minute walk away from the home. And, if you fancy a day at the seaside, you can drive over to Cromer in around thirty-five minutes to hit the beach.
