Elevate your every day with a stay at this former mill house idyll. Perched on the banks of the River Wensum fringing the postcard-pretty village of Elsing and just a half-an-hour drive from Norfolk’s mighty coast, you've got the best of all worlds here. Beautifully reimagined for luxurious modern living, inside, each hug of a bedroom has a separate bathroom with underfloor heating to keep things toasty in winter months. While over in the lounge, a dramatic vaulted ceiling and crackling wood-burner bring all the wow factor, as does the dual aspect windows and French doors revealing a stunning view of the mill pool outside. And it’s out here, overlooking the pretty mill pool where we suspect you’ll spend most of your time in warmer months. The summer house overlooking the water is a delight with a morning cuppa or evening tipple, as is the enclosed garden for alfresco barbecues in the sunshine. With fishing to be done on the water, a myriad of cycling and walking trails close by, and a local village inn just a skip away for a bite to eat, you could easily while away the whole day here. Or pack up your buckets and spades and jump in...
