It's a yay from us. Nestled down a long driveway through the surrounding fields, be sure to wave hello to the resident horse upon arrival. In a picturesque countryside location, this former farmhouse offers a peaceful retreat to those keen to escape the city and reconnect with nature, wildlife and the art of relaxation. With peace and quiet at your fingertips, getting some much-needed rest comes easy here. From the cosy country-style interiors and original features such as exposed timber beams, narrow staircases and traditional flooring – the cottage is brimming with charm. We particularly love the contemporary kitchen which opens out via bi-fold doors onto the enclosed herb garden. Outside, you'll also find a patio terrace with outdoor seating and a large swimming pool to enjoy during the summer months. At the heart of the home, the living room features a log burner fireplace to curl up around after taking scenic strolls along the Suffolk coastline. There is also a snuggly study room which comes in handy for those who need to work from home during their stay. Just a short drive or cycle to the local pub, the Queen’s Head, and nearby Halesworth – enjoy the charming locale with... this gorgeous setting as your base.
