The interior is all sleek lines and minimalist design, leaving the jaw-dropping cityscape, observatory and treetop views to take centre stage. An entertainer's dream, the open layout of the grand living room and kitchen, and countless bifold doors that open out onto spectacular outdoor areas make for a seamless indoor-outdoor living situation – a real boon given LA's Mediterranean climate. When you fancy some quiet contemplation, privacy is easy enough to attain, with six bedrooms spread across the three floors. However, the main en-suite bedroom on the top floor grabs the headlines with its awe-inspiring vistas, separate seating area and a private balcony that's perfectly positioned for atmospheric sundowners. You couldn't be better placed to enjoy everything LA has to offer, with a quiet residential neighbourhood on your doorstep, trendy independent boutiques and vibrant bars within a short walk, and easy access to Griffith Park, one of the largest green urban spaces in North America.
