Soak up the Devonshire coastal mentality at this charming blue-hued cottage. Nestled in the seaside town of Appledore, you’re just a short amble from the picturesque quay, a quick drive from the bay of Greysands, and the sprawling sands of Westward Ho! Beach. Step inside the blue cottage door and you’ll find a deceptively spacious interior designed for modern living. There’s a cool grey-hued living space where you can share social moments – the plump sofas in the living room are set up for movie nights in front of the electric fire, while the elegant dining room is the perfect setting for a family feast. There’s a cosy terrace to retreat with a cup of tea and a good book if you’re seeking some quiet too. This home is in the centre of town and moments away from the River Torridge Quay, traditional inns, craft boutiques and obligatory fish and chips shops. There are countless country walks and footpaths to explore from the house, take the coastal across Northam Burrow Country Park for views across the cliffs, or if you’re here to practice your swing, head to The Royal North Devon Golf Club, it’s a ten-minute drive away.
