Right in the very heart of Lynton, this home is all about convenience and sleek, modern styling. A newly converted apartment, part of the Old Globe Hotel, it mixes character features like the big bay window and the cast iron fireplace with contemporary decor and comfy furnishings. Carefully designed by the owner, with special attention given to making sure everything from the wall art to the domino set is locally sourced, it's a glamorous home from home – perfect for a small group of friends. The open, sociable layout means everyone can spend time together, even while someone takes their turn to prepare meals in the high-spec kitchen, and we love the dining table in front of the window. Each boutique-style bedroom has a dedicated bathroom and one has a vaulted ceiling and a Juliet balcony. Perfect for keen walkers, you'll have a choice of coastal paths and moorland hikes, while the famous Lynton and Lynmouth Cliff Railway is just a short stroll from your door. Set in Lynton's historic quarter, you'll have coffee shops and restaurants on your doorstep, along with independent shops and art galleries.
