In the buzzing, central London area of Whitechapel, this studio apartment is surrounded by trendy eateries, pop-up bars and plenty of shops and supermarkets to keep you supplied. Whitechapel tube station is just a five-minute walk away if you want to explore the rest of London with ease. Although it’s a studio, the bedroom is separated from the living area with a room divider for a bit of privacy. The living room is made bright by floor-to-ceiling windows that lead out to a balcony for a breath of fresh air. The apartment’s motif is a calming medley of raw wood and white, the perfect respite from the hustle and bustle of central London.

Local guide

About Whitechapel

Whitechapel has a diverse and colourful ethnic makeup. The area was the centre of the London Jewish community in the 19th century, and was the infamous site of the Jack the Ripper murders in the 1880's. More recently it has become home to a large British Bangladeshi community leading to it's nickname as Banglatown. Take a walk down Brick Lane to get a flavour of this ethnic diversity with numerous curry houses and bagel shops to dive into.
