Love the sound of the ocean? Then this sophisticated, modern home in the little village of Portwrinkle is the place for you. Set over three floors, all facing the sea just steps away, it's part of a gleaming new development of a handful of striking, contemporary houses. Decked out in grey and black, with balconies and terraces featuring clear glass balustrades, it's a delightful spot with some pretty impressive added luxuries. We enter via the games room and utility area on the ground floor, where you'll find a pool table and – as odd as it may sound – a dog shower. Perfect for washing the sand from your furry friend, it's a unique feature we think could make all the difference to your stay. There's a ground floor bedroom and bathroom – perfect if some guests prefer a little more privacy – and stairs lead up to the large kitchen and impressive living room. Here you can enjoy panoramic views of the coastline and access both a small balcony and a side terrace with an outdoor dining table. It also happens to house a private hot tub with sea views. The two remaining bedrooms and bathrooms are on the top floor...
