Do you have a question about this home or the local area?
There's an awful lot to like about this Regency home, but to start with anything but the incredible location feels almost sacrilegious. Sitting on top of Chester's old walls and overlooking the River Dee, you'll spend countless hours on the rear terrace, dining and relaxing with this most scenic of backdrops. That being said, the home's interior is quite impressive, too. The tall windows and high ceilings lend an innate grandeur, and this is only furthered by the contemporary design that gives classic tropes – chandeliers, wood-panelled bookshelves, copper bathtubs – a modern-day spin. The stunning kitchen and cosy living room complete with roaring fireplace are sure to be favourites among those with sophisticated tastes, but there's also a massive games room and home cinema to keep everybody entertained. When you can prise yourself away from this home's many amenities, there's a wealth of historic attractions, buzzy bars and riverside walking paths to explore in local Chester, but there are other options a little further afield – beaches on the north Welsh coastline can be reached in 45 minutes' drive, while Liverpool sits a similar amount of time to the north.
