Wow, wow, wow was all we could say when we saw the incredible views of the Acropolis from both this home's living space and terrace. They are fantastic any time of day, but we particularly love the vistas at sunset and then as dark approaches when Greece's most famous monument is all lit up. It’s a divine spot for a glass of wine. If the weather turns chilly, head inside and gather around the fire or whip up a Greek meze in the modern kitchen. We could tell when we visited that this home has undergone a thoughtful renovation by your hosts. Located in Plaka, there are plenty of tavernas, bars and shops nearby to enjoy. Or visit the Acropolis Museum, around a fifteen-minute walk away.
