This charming apartment is one with a long history. The building started out life as a winery in the early 1900s, but given the spectacular location and lake views, the owner decided to make a home out of it. The production of wine continued in the cellar while the owner lived here, and the apartment’s rosé hues pay homage to its wine-entwined past. Not only is the building impressive for its history, but also its classic touches – the original wrought iron railings and marble stairs remain. As first impressions go, this is a pretty good one. And when stepping inside the home, you won’t be disappointed. It’s a cheerful space, sleek yet homely. A large window takes full advantage of the view – you’ll love tucking into your breakfast around the table with the fresh air billowing in.
