With views out over the azure waters of Alcudia Bay from the upper floor and set against a stunning mountain backdrop, this charming seaside home is perfect for family getaways to Mallorca's beautiful northern coast. Just 100m from the sea, the scene is set for slow starts looking out over the Mediterranean from the main bedroom's private balcony, followed by breakfast out on the terrace as sea birds circle overhead. With the mercury rising, make your way down to the rocky shores for a day of sunbathing, swimming and snorkelling. Adventurous types might like to grab the kayak out of the garage and set off along the shore for a whole different perspective on your picturesque surroundings. A couple of kilometres away, the charming former fishing village of Colonia de Sant Pere attracts visitors with its seaside promenade, yacht-lined marina and golden sandy beach. It also has a couple of supermarkets for stocking up on essentials, as well as several restaurants where you can feast on fresh seafood. Further afield, the authentic town of Artà and popular east-coast resorts Porto Cristo and Cala Ratjada make for wonderful day trips, while there are larger beaches close to Port de Pollença and secluded spots... line the unspoiled Cap de Formentor.
