Surrounded by warm-hued stone, this home’s beautiful patio is a special space. Relax here with a glass of wine or cool off in the spa area with its small pool and water blade – it’s particularly magical in the evenings. There’s a roof terrace, too, with lovely views over picturesque Artá, perfect for unwinding in the Mallorcan sun. Inside, the modern features blend seamlessly with the old – think stone archways, beams and a traditional four-poster bed, as well as a contemporary kitchen and steel staircase. This home is situated in the heart of pretty Artà, a town just a few kilometres inland from the northeast coast of Mallorca. It’s surrounded by the mountains of the Llevant Natural Park, so has wonderful vistas. On Tuesdays, there’s a weekly market, which is known for its local pottery. Other attractions in the area include the Bronze Age Talaiotic settlement of Ses Païsses, the Sanctuary of Sant Salvador, and the Caves d'Arta.
