When you stay at this elegant Parisian home, you’ll be just a sixteen-minute walk from the Arc de Triumph, while the Palais Garnier and the Place de la Concorde are twenty minutes on foot. That’s not the only thing we love about the location, though – the shopping opportunities are fabulous. Situated in the 8th arrondissement, this stylish neighbourhood is home to high-end boutiques aplenty, and the iconic Galeries Lafayettes with all its luxury designer brands is just minutes away. When you’re done shopping and sightseeing, head back to this apartment and take a seat on the sofa to rest your feet. Look up and you’ll see the pretty birds painted on the ceiling – this home has lots of artwork and character features such as gold mouldings and chandeliers. Our favourite here, though, it has to be said, is the marble-clad bathroom with its freestanding bathtub – run the warm water and pour a glass of Champagne as you ease into brilliant City of Light living.
