Sitting at the foot of a cliff just outside the sunny resort of Calheta, this welcoming holiday home offers an ideal base from which to explore the stunning southern coast of Madeira. Surrounded by leafy plants, sprawling vines and water features to create a sense of zen, you'll have no trouble unwinding here. The outdoor pool is breathtaking, with a shallow shelf where you can lounge on a sunbed while you relax in the heat. We also love the alfresco dining area that invites you to sip on cocktails while you watch the sunset over the ocean. Inside, we the modern, contemporary design feels fresh and inviting, with a peppy colour scheme that invokes a joyful vibe. Make yourself comfortable in the stylish lounge with a glass of port and gaze out at the vistas creating an ever-changing backdrop. This home also benefits from shared access to a rocky beach just 30 metres below that features a communal beach hut, equipped with waterfront seating, a kitchen, a barbecue, an outdoor shower and a separate toilet so you can spend happy days down by the ocean. And when you're ready to venture away from your haven-like pad, you'll find Calheta a few minutes'... drive away where its man-made golden beaches, bars, restaurants and marina await, while vibrant Funchal is thirty minutes away by car.
