The pretty Praça Colombo and Mercado dos Lavradores are within easy walking distance to stock up on groceries, while Madeira's idyllic coastline is a short stroll from the apartment. Inside, we particularly loved the open living area that makes for seamless modern living. With two Juliet balconies, there’s a sea breeze flowing through the apartment, while you watch the locals go about their day below. You can rustle up simple meals in the compact kitchen to be enjoyed around the window-side dining table. Plus, the bedroom is big and bright, but the real bonus is the sleek, marble en-suite bathroom – perfect when getting all glammed up for an evening in town.
