This beautiful home sits amid the rolling hills outside of Orentano, a Tuscan village. Thousands of hectares of woods and countryside surround the home, which is part of an estate owned by a celebrated wine-maker. Lucca is less than thirty minutes away, while Florence and San Gimignano can be reached in an hour – here, you get convenience as well as elegance. Closer to home, you can stroll into Orentano for pizza, or drive ten minutes to Altopascio to try the famed Altopascio bread. The veranda that wraps around the home is where we’d start each day, sipping coffee and taking in the view. Later on, you might swim a few lengths in the private pool, before lounging beneath wooden beams in the grand yet inviting living room. Meals can be enjoyed in the shade of the veranda, accompanied by lots of local wine. You’ll never want to leave this idyll.
