Or take in the wonderful fresh air as you dine alfresco on a Cypriot meze. Several vast sets of patio doors stretch the entire width of the living space, flooding the room with natural light and allowing you to admire the seascape from indoors. We love the main bedroom, with its sea views and French doors opening out onto the terrace, too – perfect for morning coffees. Set on a hillside in Northern Cyprus, the villa is around five minutes from the bars and restaurants of Esentepe, while there's an 18-hole championship golf course, spa and gym a seven-minute drive away. Other places of interest include the beautiful Karpaz Peninsula, as well as various abbeys and churches, including the Mavi Kiosk and Bellapais Abbey.
