Do you have a question about this home or the local area?
Found in the rolling Tuscan countryside, only minutes away from Cortona, this beautiful villa exemplifies the best of both worlds. Bask in the peace and tranquillity the secluded location of this home offers, but find a bit of hustle Arezzo, Perugia, or even Florence at the end of a road trip. Golf enthusiasts can spend crisp mornings teeing off at Golf Club Valdichiana whilst the rest of the family strolls out to Cortona for breakfast. The home itself cuts a pretty traditional figure, and you’ll quickly fall in love with the exposed beams, rustic furnishings and statement fireplaces. Spend mornings appreciating the homely comfort of it as you enjoy a cup of coffee in the living room. Dine al fresco outside – preferably a meal cooked in the stone oven – or enjoy nibbles and wine as you find shade under the gazebo. Sun lovers can listen to a podcast as they sunbathe on the lounger, cooling down in the private pool when needed.
