Do you have a question about this home or the local area?

Tiles and exposed brickwork abound in this welcoming Palermo home. The colourful kitchen is a crowd-pleaser, and the wooden ceiling above one of the bedrooms lends the space an authentic Sicilian vibe. We did find the other bedroom to be a bit compact, while the living room's furniture might be a little dated for some – but the large dining table, high ceiling, and abundant sunlight make up for that. You're well-placed for city exploration, too – nearby, you'll find Palermo Cathedral, the Praetorian Fountain and the Massimo Theatre.

Home truths

The beds are quite low here, meaning the home might not be suitable for those with limited mobility

Parking in Palermo can be tricky, so we recommend sticking to the easily accessible public transport where possible – though we think the best way to see the city is on foot

There's a desk here if you need to get any work done
