Located far down the Cornish peninsula, this charming house in St. Ives combines comfort, views, a fantastic location and period features. You’ll enjoy nestling up in the living space as the night darkens, and catching some sun out in the furnished courtyard. Located on a quiet street just a few minutes from Porthmeor beach (observable from the front-facing windows) and St Ives’ town centre, this home is perfect for those seeking a respite from city life. Head down to the beach and dip your feet into the Celtic Sea, or take a walk out to the Island (don’t worry, it’s a peninsula). Grab an ice cream or some fish and chips and take a walk along one of Britain’s most beautiful beaches, with the gulls gliding jealously overhead and the waves lapping rhythmically against the sand. And for those who fancy a swim in the sea, the underfloor heating on the ground floor, radiators on the upper floors and heated towel rails mean you have everything you need to warm up after.
