If you want to experience an authentic Pugliese escape, this villa is a great choice. Set amid 3 hectares of olives and orchards, and deep in Puglia’s countryside, this home includes two Trulli – the conical-roofed homes this area is known for. The structures are quirky and full of charm, though perhaps not as stylish inside as out. Happily, the inviting pool and pretty garden more than make up for the slightly dated decor – there’s even a pizza oven for those alfresco evenings under the stars. Best of all, the white sand beaches of Lido Colonia are just fifteen minutes away.
