Do you have a question about this home or the local area?

Occupying the top two floors of a classic Grade II Georgian terrace, this thoroughly modern pad puts you within minutes of countless sights, including the Roman Baths, Pulteney Bridge and Bath Abbey. It’s not just its stellar locale that caught our eye, though. Decorated and previously owned by a superyacht owner, the space is all about glossy polished finishes and bespoke designer details, from the Andrew Martin furnishings to the main bedroom’s cushions by Westwood and McQueen’s former textile designer. More luxe additions include a boiling water tap in the kitchen, the bathroom’s freestanding tub and Egyptian cotton bedding. What’s more, you’ve got access to a beautiful communal garden – a reminder of the former orchard here tended by the Abbey’s Benedictine brethren.

Home truths

There's no lift to access this home on the second floor, so it may not be suitable for those with reduced mobility

This home is laid out over two floors with internal stairs between them – both bedrooms are on the upper floor

The garden is shared with the other residents

This home isn't suitable for children under 10 years old

Your host kindly asks that shoes not be worn inside

We recommend skipping the car here and exploring Bath on foot instead – Bath Spa train station, the coach station, along with most of the city centre are within five minutes walk from the apartment

This home is short on storage space, so we'd recommend packing light

Given the home's central spot, expect to hear some street noise throughout your stay
