Only 30 kilometres from Barcelona and even closer to the beach town of Mataró, visitors to this home won't be short of ways to fill up their itineraries, but what's impressive is that there's plenty to do without leaving the address, as well. During the warmer months, you won't be able to resist the lure of the swimming pool for very long and it's just as pleasant to relax on the rooftop terrace or dine on the alfresco table. Perhaps understandably given this wonderful outdoor space, the interior plays it safe, but there will be few – if any – complaints about what lies behind the glass doors.
