This home is on the fifth floor with no lift and once you reach the entrance there's also an additional small flight of stairs to access the apartment's main living space, so it may not be suitable for those with limited mobility or guests bringing heavy luggage
The living area is divided from the bedroom area by a curtain and not a door
The kitchen is compact and doesn't have an oven or a dishwasher
The building's entrance is shared with the other residents
Out of respect for the neighbours, please keep noise levels to a minimum after 10 pm
There's no parking here, but we recommend skipping the car and making use of Paris' public transport instead – Saint-Sébastien-Froissart station is a three-minute walk away
