Do you have a question about this home or the local area?

On the top floor of a 16th-century palace right on the Grand Canal, this one-of-a-kind apartment enjoys bespoke furnishings from a range of designers, including the owner. While not the best option for families with young children due to the vintage and delicate furniture, it's a great choice for couples or solo travellers. The central location is the icing on the cake – the views over Santa Maria dei Frari are lovely. The train station is a short walk away and you're right next to a water taxi stop. Plus, there are bars and restaurants nearby.

Home truths

The building has a courtyard which isn't photographed, but we expect consistency in style and quality throughout.

At full capacity, one guest will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area.

You'll find expensive artwork and furnishings here, so only children over 12 years old may stay here.

Storage in the bedroom is minimal, so we recommend packing light.

There's a chance you'll hear some noise from neighbours during your stay.

This is a lived-in home. You should expect some of the host's personal belongings to be present during your stay.

Your host has a property manager who will interact with you during your stay.

It's just a few steps from the San Tomà Vaporetto stop.

It’s intersected by many small intertwining canals, which make for good views and plenty of opportunity for gondola rides, if that's your cup of tea. Perhaps...
