Just round the corner from the fashionable King's Road in Chelsea, this magnificent one-bedroom apartment is the perfect space for a romantic getaway, sightseeing trip or shopping weekend. Although it may be small in size, it has plenty of character. The lounge is blessed with high ceilings, a huge bay window and elegant heavy drapes and while it feels quintessentially English it’s not at all stuffy. There are all the mod cons including WIFI and TV while the bathroom is effortlessly neat with white-tiled walling and a largish bath. Back in the lounge, hidden behind a curtain, is the dinky kitchen. It’s compact but stocked with all the utensils you need to prepare yourself a meal. Better yet, let someone else do the cooking while you pour yourself a drink, open the terrace doors in the bedroom and enjoy the charming residential views. And once you’re suitably chilled it’s only a 15-minute walk to Sloane Square and its glamorous theatre, galleries, bars and tube.

About Chelsea

Nowadays, the area is more conservative in its reputation - you'll share the immaculate pavements with affluent business people from around the world and plenty of blow-dried ladies of leisure. It attracts this set for good reason - it's very central and the period houses that line the streets are charming. Sloane Square...
