It’s just a few minutes' walk to the long sandy beach, Bamburgh Castle, and the village centre, where there are a variety of pubs, restaurants, delicatessens and a butcher. Guests can relax in the cosy living area with a multifuel stove. The kitchen has everything you need for family-sized meals and patio doors lead to the rear garden where dining is available on the patio. Upstairs, each bedroom has stunning views across fields towards the Cheviot Hills or over the dunes towards the sea.

    All of the bedrooms are upstairs, so this place may not be suitable for those with limited mobility.

    Pets are welcome here, but your hosts request that dogs remain downstairs and stay off the soft furnishings.

    The closest supermarket is in the neighbouring town of Seahouses, so having a car is recommended. There is parking on the hard standing for up to three cars.
