Do you have a question about this home or the local area?
Renovated a few years ago, this smart apartment has been carefully designed according to the principles of the Chinese philosophy, feng shui. This gives it a certain character, and sense of structure, and the host, Grazia, is very happy to take you through the thought process behind the design. Inside, you'll find a sociable, open-plan living space with period features – we're talking tall ceilings, high windows and a fireplace – along with modern built-in storage and a kitchen area. The dining table is a real statement, made for long, lazy meals and sitting up chatting over a bottle of red. The bedrooms are private and unique, and it's ideal for a couple of friends sharing. Here you'll be a five-minute walk from the Metro station, so all of central Milan is at your fingertips.

About Città Studi
Hidden in the northeast of Milan, Città Studi is a calm area, home to the university district and set back from some of the bustle of the city centre. The composite identity gives an incredibly lively atmosphere to this tree-lined residential zone where families and young students rub shoulders. In recent years, Città Studi has transformed old industrial buildings into houses and art spaces, which has gone hand in hand...

Host
This home is managed by Grazia
This home is managed directly by its owner who will be your point of contact before and during your stay. Grazia’s an architect, and perhaps unsurprisingly is very into everything design. She’s as Milanese as they come – she was born in the city and hasn’t left, so you’re getting a host who really knows the place. She always deals directly with guests, though it’s possible that you’d be checked in by one of her daughters (Federica and Beatrice).
This home is a Plum Guide Award winner.
