The 15th-Century House

  • 8 guests

  • 4 bedrooms

  • 4 bathrooms

  • sq/ft

If you’re after historic charm, this recently converted home offers the rare opportunity to stay in one of Paris’ oldest townhouses dating back to the early 15th century. Sprawling over 6 floors, this Marais pad is definitely one for a sprightly group of friends rather than those who have mobility issues. An added bonus, each room has been designed as an individual suite with its own kitchen, living room and bathroom. Although this may not suit those looking for large open communal spaces, it has the added bonus of giving each couple their own privacy.

Host

This home is managed by Michael

This home is managed directly by a business. A member of their staff will be your point of contact before and during your stay. Originally from New York, Michael is a Parisian convert having lived in the city of love for over 20 years. As an architect, he fell in love with the history of its buildings and when renovating what used to be his old home he aimed to respect its history as much as possible. He now lives just down the road (and across the river) in the charming Île Saint-Louis, so rest assured that he's around if you need any tips or recommendations.
