      Run performance reviews

  • Grow our business with the top 5 travel agent partner accounts 2-3X

  • Get stuck in the pipeline and own deals and a sales target yourself

  • Attend cross-functional company meetings representing the team and contribute to setting the company goals and strategy

  • Work with the Supply and Marketing teams to get more inventory in the places guests inquire about the most

Qualifications & experience:

  • 5+ years of direct sales experience

  • Some experience managing a small team

  • A bonus if you have 2+ years experience in luxury travel sales or the entertainment industry with existing relationships in these spaces
