Competition Terms & Conditions:

1. This competition is operated and run by Plu&m Ltd t/a Plum Guide, a company registered in England and Wales whose address is ("Plum"). 2nd Floor, Telephone House, 69-77 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NW

2. By entering this competition you agree that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions.

3. Eligibility: You must be 18 or older to enter. You must not enter this competition if you or any of your immediate family is an employee or contractor of Plum.

4. How to enter: Follow and send a direct message to the Plum Guide instagram account or send an email to hello@plumguide.com including your full name and email address with a minimum of fifty words telling us about your break up story. One entry per person.

Closing date 12 am GMT 14 February 2022 . No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

5. The winner & prize: the winner will be chosen by Plum from all entries received by the closing date. Plum's decision is final. The prize is a stay at an available property listed on Plum Guide for a maximum of two nights up to the value of £2500 or equivalent in local currencies (to be inclusive of all costs and fees). We will notify the winner within 7 days of the competition ending by email and provide the winner with information on how to make your booking. The booking must be made no later than 30 April 2022. You will need to register as a member of Plum Guide and sign up to Plum’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy in order to book your prize. You will be responsible for any and all other costs associated with your chosen stay including, for example, transport, food, drink and any entertainment. No cash alternatives. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner. You are responsible for any taxes or other charges which may be payable in respect of your prize. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged.

6. By entering the competition you agree that Plum may use your name in any and all media for promotion and news purposes without any payment to you. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with Plum’s privacy policy [https://www.plumguide.com/privacy-policy].

7. By entering this competition you consent to Plum contacting you about our products or services we think may interest you.

8. You may request the name and country of the winner by sending an email to competitions@plumguide.com. By entering this competition you give us permission to make your name and country available in this way if you win.

9. Plum reserves the right to cancel or amend this competition and these Ts & Cs without notice in the event of circumstances outside of Plum’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible.

10. This competition and its Ts&Cs shall be governed by the laws of England. Additional rights which you may have as a consumer remain unaffected by these terms. You must comply with your local laws and if any laws applicable to you restrict or prohibit you from entering this competition, you must not enter the competition.
