When you're not out and about, admire the sky-high scenery surrounding you from the private balcony or the communal swimming pool – both equally great options for laid-back afternoons in the desert sun. There's also a shared gym ideal for early-morning workouts, while business travellers can set up shop at the dining table when they need to check in with the office.

Pastel Dazzle

With unfettered views of the marina and the Dubai Eye from its private balcony, this sky-high apartment is the ideal base to return to after a busy day spent working or sightseeing. From a fully equipped kitchen to storage space in the bedrooms, a seamless stay is guaranteed here. Better still, you have access to a communal swimming pool and gym. We recommend hiring a car for getting around, and on-site parking makes exploring easy. You'll be pleased to know JBR Beach is less than a fifteen-minute drive away.

Situated in Dubai Marina, you'll find the city's top highlights are within easy driving distance, including JBR Beach, The Palm Jumeirah and Burj Al Arab. Inside, it's bright and modern, with plenty of room to spread out and relax. Our favourite spot is out on the canal-facing balcony, which serves as a calming place to sip your morning coffee. Elsewhere, you'll also have access to the building's shared facilities, including a swimming pool, a fully equipped gym, and a business centre – ideal for those planning a longer stay. 

Marina Bliss

There's a more-is-more opulence to this iconic beachfront apartment complex that boasts the world's tallest infinity pool, a world-class spa, and direct access to the golden sands of Jumeriah Beach. But we'd expect nothing less from a resort perched right in the beating heart of the legendary millionaire's playground of Dubai. 

Inside, this apartment is high on style, luxury, and views to boot. Dial in a private chef and set the stage for a glamorous dinner party beneath the twinkling chandeliers – those jaw-dropping views of Dubai's skyline will bring all the drama. If you fancy a quiet night in, the sumptuous modular sofa has movie nights written all over it. Or simply take a pew at the chaise lounge with a glass of something crisp and prepare to be wowed as the city lights spark on.

When it's finally time to bank your beauty sleep, each room is as beautiful as the next with those impressive panoramas and a boutique-hotel feel – think soft caramel hues and the crispest white sheets imaginable. Though that main suite with a balcony and spa-worthy ensuite, complete with a freestanding bathtub with room for two, is the cherry on the top.

Cool off with a refreshing dip in the communal pool and head over to the barbecue area in preparation for a family feast. Kids will love the covered, outdoor playground while young and old alike with be blown away by this home’s privileged beach front location and private beach access. Really, what could be more heavenly?

Dubai Marina, with its waterside promenade, smart cafes, pop-up craft markets and alfresco dining opportunities, not to mention massive mall, is just five minutes away. If you fancy venturing a little further afield, The Palm, the Dubai Eye, the Burj Al Arab & The Burj Khalifa are all also close by.

One glance at those Palm Jumeirah views and you can see why it caught our attention – although the light-filled living space and stylish bedrooms aren't too shabby, either. Location-wise, the marina and JBR Beach are nearby, while Downtown Dubai is about a thirty-minute drive away.

Glitz on the Gulf

Boasting views of Dubai Marina, this slick yet soothing home makes the perfect relaxing retreat. Whether you’re in town for work or play, this sky-high apartment really does have it all. You’ll love taking your morning Nespresso out onto your glass-fronted balcony for sensational skyscraper and sea views. 

Start the day with a workout in the communal gym before lazing on loungers in the sun and topping up your tan. Soothe aching muscles in the communal, outdoor pool before whipping up some Tabbouleh and a little lemonade in your sleek, black kitchen. Dine together in the light-filled living room – think whitewashed walls, gleaming tiled floors and floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors – for more uniquely urban views. Read, or relax on the cream-coloured sofa, or if you need to ping off a few emails, then settle down at the dedicated desk in the bedroom.

Alternatively, take a walk along the Marina Walk and in just five-minutes you’ll reach The Walk at Jumeriah Beach Residence, a buzzing beachside boulevard ideal for drinking, dining, shopping and strolling beside the sea.

Whether you’re in Dubai for business or pleasure, this home is an ideal base – and for those visiting for work, there’s a desk at home to make remote working a breeze. If you’re not exploring the city’s hotspots, this generous apartment, tailor-made for two, will help you relax in no time. Sip sundowners on the private balcony, or head to the communal swimming pool to cool off in the Dubai heat.
