Yes, this villa is only 400 metres from the beach and not much further to the centre of the resort town of Protaras, but we'd like this address even if it was in the middle of nowhere. Only recently built, the interior feels fresh and contemporary, but our greatest praise is reserved for the outdoor space. Not only is there a particularly inviting swimming pool, but there's also a balcony with glorious views of the Med and vast amounts of terrace space on which to sunbathe, dine alfresco to even play pool out in the open air.

Be it al-fresco brunches or hours of lounging by the poolside, this intimate home works best for families and groups of friends. Head to Paralimni, a town three kilometres away, for more sandy beaches, delicious food and a beautiful fishing harbour. If you love day trips, drive to National Forest Park Kavo Gkreko. The under-the-radar biking and hiking trails take you across clear waters, pine forests and spectacular ruins.

In the town of Paralimni, this villa puts you just 300 metres from the nearest sandy beach. The coastline here is studded with sandy bays between the cliffs, where crystal shallows laps at the shore. Should you need to stock up on supplies or fancy a night out, the restaurants, supermarkets and bars of Paralimni are a leisurely walk or a short drive away. 

It would be easy to while away your days at the villa itself, plunging into the turquoise pool to cool off and stretching out on a sun lounger to dry off. And repeat. The bedrooms are on the smaller side too, so with recommend packing light. Location-wise, the villa is just a five-minute walk from the nearest sandy beach and is ideal for exploring the beautiful resort of Protaras.

Situated just a three-minute walk from the nearest white-sand beach – this villa has a great location for beach lovers. Just 4 kilometres away is the resort of Protaras, where you’ll find beautiful beaches including the famous Fig Tree Bay, as well as international restaurants, cafes and a thriving night-time scene as well. The villa itself has that all-important private swimming pool, and the main bedroom has a balcony with wonderful sea and countryside views. This place is ideal for families – your host provides a free cot and high chair too.
