On-site parking is also available, but public transport is easily accessible for exploring all Benidorm has to offer.

This no-frills apartment is just 150 metres from the sandy shores of Benidorm's Playa de Levante. The location in the old town is fantastic – restaurants, shops, and bars are all steps away – though that does mean it can get a little noisy at night. Back home, there isn't any outdoor space, but the floor-to-ceiling windows act as an internal balcony, making it an excellent spot to savour a glass of wine and watch the world pass by. One guest will sleep on a sofa bed, and only the living area has air conditioning (the bedrooms have fans). That said, it does the trick for a central pad a short stroll from the beach.

You can walk to the beach in just two minutes, and if you prefer the poolside to the sand, there’s a communal pool to cool off in too. From the balcony, you can admire sweeping views of the sea, bay and city – the water glitters in the sunshine. The apartment is compact but comfortable – it’s an ideal base for a couple wanting to be beside the sea.

Found on the seafront, a short stroll from Poniente Beach, this apartment is a sun lover's dream. But location isn't the only thing it has going for it. You'll have access to a communal gym, spa and a shared swimming pool that'll undoubtedly go over well with the kids. There's also a tennis court, soccer field and basketball court for anyone looking to get active outside the gym. It's minimal, with everything to make your stay comfortable, and though it might not be the most soulful interior, the balcony views make up for it. 

Serenity at the Sea

With a string of eateries and bars close by and quick and easy access to sandy Levante Beach, this apartment in Benidorm's Old Town is a functional base for a family or group of friends. With floor-to-ceiling windows, the living area catches plenty of sunlight and is ideal for relaxing between excursions. That said, there isn't a tonne of space at capacity, with one guest on the sofa bed. But with that excellent location, we think you'll be out exploring too often to notice.

Coastline Memories

Enjoy the best of Benidorm from this bright and modern apartment. There's a chance you might hear some noise from other neighbours in the building during your stay, but you'll also have access to the shared tennis court and the communal pool during the summer. The private balcony offers lovely views of Levante beach and the Mediterranean sea, both right on your doorstep. A car isn't essential, but you might want one for exploring further afield. There are plenty of great spots within walking distance though, like local restaurants and bars, and the Aqualandia water park.

Blue Skies & Sweet Serenity

If you’re looking to stay right on the Levante beachfront in Benidorm – this apartment is for you. We love the amazing views of the beach, bay, and mountains. There are sliding doors to a Juliet balcony, so you can feel the sun on your face and there's a sun shade if the Spanish heat gets too much. Sleeping five people, (one guest will be on a sofa bed in the living room) – there’s only one bathroom, so at full capacity, there could be a queue in the morning. But we can forgive this, as the location is great here – Playa de Levante is just 5 metres away and the nearest restaurant is under 50 metres from this home.

Stare out at stunning sea views from the balcony of this Benidorm apartment, based in the peaceful beachside neighbourhood of Poniente. Here, you're just a short walk from the beach when the ocean calls, as well as being within easy reach of central Benidorm for those fun-filled nights out. Though the apartment's style may seem a little simple against the backdrop of such a vibrant and colourful destination, we still think it's ideal for a tranquil and easy stay. Staying in this complex also means you'll enjoy access to a myriad of shared facilities, including some dreamy outdoor pools, a lush spa and a tennis court.

If you’re searching for a getaway on Benidorm’s coast, this could be the home for you. Just 150 metres from Levante beach, this seventh-floor apartment is an ideal base for a seaside stay – don’t worry about climbing stairs though, the building has an elevator. At full occupancy, two guests will draw the short straw and be sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room. This is at the expense of lounge space in what’s already a fairly cosy space, however, so the home may be better suited to four.

There's always the chance of hearing some noise from neighbours, so if you're a light sleeper it may be worth packing earplugs. With a communal garden, the sea right on your doorstep and the whole of Altea to explore by car, you can't get much closer to the action.

The rooftop terrace is the standout here, complete with a barbecue and an alfresco dining area, it's ideal for those looking to bask in the balmy summer evenings. Location-wise, you’ll find the beach is just a short walk away, while restaurants and shops are also within easy reach.

Sitting just 100 metres from Platja de l'Olla on the Costa Blanca, this apartment offers a comfortable coastal break with plenty of sun-soaking opportunities in store. A private lawn with a shaded patio is the highlight of the home itself, with access to the outdoors from the living area and main bedroom. While the decor isn’t the most exciting in our collection, the home nonetheless benefits from a communal pool area – as well as a children’s pool for little ones – and beautifully manicured gardens with sea views. You’ll also find bars and the promenade within 500 metres, Altea within 2 kilometres, not to mention plenty of outdoor activities on hand nearby, including hiking, cycling, kayaking, fishing, diving, snorkelling and waterskiing.

Nestled in a quiet spot in Altea, this villa has a private pool, three floors and two terraces to stretch your legs on. While some of the furnishings might be a little dated, the views from the bedrooms' balconies are fantastic. Altea la Vieja is a brisk twenty-minute walk from your doorstep, known for its restaurants and golf course.

Lying back on a sunlounger on the stone terrace of this typically Mediterrannean villa, gaze out over the hills that surround Villajoyosa and allow yourself to completely unwind. The villa is ideal for a chilled-out holiday on the Costa Blanca, thanks to its sea views, and terrace perfect for drawn-out lunches. Wander into the traditional town of Villajoyosa to pick up some fresh fish from the daily market for a relaxed barbecued dinner. Luckily, it’s also within easy reach of Benidorm, meaning nightlife and attractions are only a short journey away.

This grand villa sits in an incredible position, just outside the shambling hilltop village of Finestrat. Dramatic views of forest-clad mountains run down to the ocean (it’s a 15-minute drive down to the sandy beach at Cala Finestrat). Surrounded by rambling gardens and grounds, this place is a secluded sanctuary. Two huge sun terraces and a huge, Roman-style swimming pool bask in the plentiful Costa Blanca sunshine. Balustraded terraces, arched porches, and stone-columned pergolas give a real sense of gravitas to the grounds. Inside, you’ll find plenty of space for your whole group to stretch out and enjoy your time together, with three different seating areas in front of TVs and fireplaces. Opulently furnished with a palette of deep reds and yellows, it feels welcoming and bright from the get-go. The living spaces are dressed head to toe in finery, with bold artworks dramatically lit and chandeliers. As evening falls the calm and quiet of the location really comes into its own. When dusk fades to night the stars begin to appear over the mountains and the distant lights of the coastal towns glitter along the horizon. This Grande Dame of a villa knows just what she’s doing.

Marina Alta is a coastal region that can please just about everyone  – from history buffs to beach bums, and hikers to urbanites, this region of Spain isn’t just all about waterside delights. Just a ten-minute drive inland from the picturesque town of Altea (and don’t worry, you will pass beaches en route), you’ll love unwinding in this zen-like villa. 

Traditional whitewashed walls and a terracotta roof are right on par with what you might expect in the area. But as you step inside, passing interesting shrubbery and succulents outside, the vibe is altogether more modern. We love the fresh and bright living space, with a cherry-red sofa suite and an ornately carved, wooden cabinet. Oversized bamboo canes and a woven lampshade complete the look as you move to the sunroom – a striking cylindrical structure that really sets the architecture apart from rustic traditions.

From here, peer out to your secluded gardens. Lush, green, and shaded by palms, the immaculate lawn surrounds a private, heated pool. Wander around to find orange trees popping up in the grass, and terracotta tiles leading up a staircase to the roof terrace – it's much easier to survey your kingdom from up here.

Set moments away from Villajoyosa, with its quaint Old Town and pristine sandy beach, Palmitas offers the ideal holiday escape for anyone looking to combine sun and sea with a taste of Spanish culture. Kids (and the young at heart) will love splashing around in the private pool, followed by a fierce game of ping pong or table football, while aspiring chefs will undoubtedly appreciate the fully equipped kitchen and outdoor barbecue area. Beyond the property’s stylish, modern interior, the real wow factor comes upon stepping outside and being met with seemingly endless views across the Mediterranean. Smack bang in the heart of delightful Dénia, this no-fuss apartment is perfect for couples or solo travellers looking for some rest and relaxation on the Costa Blanca. Inside, the place strikes a balance between comfort and function. There’s a compact kitchen equipped for quick meals and a quiet bedroom to ensure a peaceful sleep night after night. But it was the view that was our favourite part. We could’ve spent hours on that modular chair, watching the palm trees sway and the boats to and fro from the harbour, only breaking our gaze to open a bottle of Rioja as the sun sets. Spend mornings exploring your locale – you’re a ten-minute walk from the Dénia Castle and eighteen minutes from the Marineta Casiana Beach. If you’re feeling curious, take the twenty-minute drive to Parc Natural del Montgó for stunning hiking routes or catch the ferry from the port to the dazzling Balearic Islands. 

Where The Boats Go By

This modern villa boasts an incredible location with an infinity swimming pool and stunning views of the Mediterranean coastline below. Spend your days soaking up the sun on one of the loungers, or bag a retro stripy deckchair in the shade and dive into the pool when the heat gets to you. Or, with the beach just a five-minute drive away, perhaps you'd rather relax on the sand. Have a light lunch at home or head to the town for some tapas, with everything from traditional Valencian restaurants to quirky eateries on your doorstep. Return home to catch those spectacular sunsets and cook a barbecue as the sun sets over the sea, turning the sky pink and silhouetting the rugged islands off the coast. When you're ready to get to know the locale a little better, you'll be surprised at how much there is to see. All of three minutes' walk from the home is Torreó de la Peça, the centuries-old defensive walls built to protect the town from marauders. Arena-Bol beach is a ten-minute walk, while further along the coastline, it's possible to head up to the top of Penyal d'Ifac in just over an hour on foot for some incredible views.
