Situated just a short drive from the coastal town of Moraira, this modern villa is a great base for a family stay on the Costa Blanca. You’ll need a car to reach the beach and explore the local area, but you’ll also have fabulous sea views to take advantage of back home. Our eye was immediately drawn to the outdoor areas – hello, private pool – and the villa's stylish and light-filled interiors are the icing on the cake. There are some steep stairs to climb inside, though – it may not suit guests with reduced mobility.

The Seaside Story

With easy access to eateries and bars, this villa invites your family to stay two kilometres from the Castillo de Moraira and a small-town promenade. Come and sunbathe on Platja de l'Ampolla before driving inland to Costa Blanca's most famous climb at Coll de Rates. Once you return to the driveway, you'll see that this home revolves around its outside space. On the terrace, there's a barbecue and a little outdoor kitchen, so you can enjoy poolside snacks and sip sundowners with sea views.

Private parking is available here and your host is on hand to help organise airport transfers and excursions.

The views from this modern and stylish home are simply sublime. You'll be treated to vistas on all sides of the hills of Moraira and the Costa Blanca. Sit with your friends or family at the table on the terrace, and watch the sea sparkle in the distance. Better yet, take a quick wander downhill to the sandy strand, taking a dip in the water and drying off on a deck chair. Head back up to the home for a quick siesta on the sofa – keep the French doors open to let the sea breeze soothe you to sleep. When you wake up, freshen up in the swimming pool before sundowners on the terrace – the views of the sunset on the horizon leave a lasting impression.

Inside, you’ve got two separate apartments all to yourself, each with its own zen-like living, kitchen and dining room. Cala Andrago is the closest beach, just 500 metres away.

This holiday villa has its own heated pool and great views of the sea from its balcony. Spread over two floors, it might not be the best choice for less mobile guests. With bikes available for free and a range of children's equipment available to rent, we think this home is great for families with young children. Within a twenty-minute walk, you'll reach the nearest beaches and central Moraira, known for its historic castle and great restaurants.

Shoving on a pair of flip flops, you can wander down to the shore in less than a minute – the sea here is impossibly blue and turquoise. Plus, you’ve got the shops and restaurants of central Moraira just around the corner. 

The apartment itself embraces the beachy vibe with sea-blue sofas against crisp white walls in the living room. The terracotta tiled floor adds a touch of tradition and keeps things cool underfoot, while the glass sliding doors show off a view of palm trees and the verdant hillside. A private balcony is home to deckchairs and a dining table for meals in the Spanish sunshine. After all, the kitchen is fully equipped for cooking entire meals, if you’re not heading into the centre of Moraira for tapas and sundowners.

Enjoy nights of sweet dreams and blissful rest in the plush bedrooms and awake to plan your days in the sun. This area has plenty to offer – there are the famous beaches, the nearest one of which lies just a fifteen-minute walk away. The town of Moraira with its cobbled streets and old market square has many charming cafes and excellent restaurants, while the more lively resort town of Benidorm is a mere half-an-hour’s drive away.
