Away from Lanzarote's well-trodden tourist trail, this home offers a peaceful escape in the northeast of the island. Set on the grounds of a 300-year-old farm just outside the village of Guatiza, it offers easy access to the volcanic landscapes of Tenegüime National Park and the waters of the North Atlantic. Its rustic interior decor is in keeping with its rural location, but given Lanzarote's fantastic year-round climate, we imagine you'll spend most of your time in the courtyard garden surrounded by tropical plants. You're within a short stroll of a small supermarket and several bars and restaurants, plus César Manrique's world-famous cactus garden. Meanwhile, there's a beautiful golden beach at Arrieta, a ten-minute drive away.

Right on the beachfront at La Canteras, this home has a fabulous spot. Take in the fantastic Atlantic and La Canteras Beach views from this home’s sunny and dazzling whitewashed terrace. You can even spot Mount Teide in Tenerife in the distance. We love this outdoor space, it's ideal for an alfresco breakfast (whizz up a drink in the juicer to accompany some churros). Later, do some sunbathing on the sun loungers. Inside, there are more of those fabulous vistas through the large sliding doors.

In the afternoon, perhaps head to La Canteras  Beach, under a minute stroll away. It’s one of the best urban beaches in the world, and there are plenty of cafes and restaurants to sample in the vicinity too. Or, for a bit of culture, Las Palmas Cathedral is a ten-minute ride away. It’s a couple of minutes more to Casa-Museo de Colón, which documents Columbus’ voyages.

This eco-friendly studio apartment is situated just moments away from the Las Canteras beach, making it a good base for a couple or a solo traveller. Thanks to the central location, a car is not essential here, as you’ll have plenty of shopping and dining options to choose from within walking distance. Public transport options are also excellent if you want to explore further afield. The pad may be compact in size but there’s enough space here for two guests to be comfortable, and with good internet speed, you can also catch up on work during your stay – although you'll have to set-up shop around the dining table since there isn't a desk.

The bright blue stools of the kitchen are the ideal spot to eat breakfast in the morning or share a bottle of wine in the evening. For snug nights in, curl up on the sofa with a book or relax with a film in the background. 

Whilst the living space is a chill haven to spend your days, you didn't come to Las Palmas to stay inside. If you're visiting during the warmer months, you're just an eight-minute walk to the gorgeous Las Canteras Beach. On your way there, you'll pass Parque de Santa Catalina – the home of live performances, cultural activities and festivals.

We don't throw around the term 'tropical oasis' very often, but the lush garden at this 300-year-old former farmhouse is more than deserving of the title. Brimming with mature shrubs, vibrant flowers and tall leafy trees, you'll want to spend all day, every day here basking in the Spanish sunshine and watching the palms sway. It's downright heavenly, and oodles of different seating nooks means you can follow the sun all day long. Start mornings off with an espresso on the rattan chairs, spend afternoons sprawled out on the outdoor sofa with a good book and end the evenings with a barbecue and a bottle of wine underneath the veranda.   

Even inside, you can make the most of the verdant scenery, thanks to huge floor-to-ceiling doors which open straight onto the garden. We love how bright and breezy the entire home is – whether you're cooking in the sleek kitchen, watching a movie on the smart TV, snuggling up in front of the wood-burner or snoozing in the comfortable bedrooms, the fresh air is only a few steps away. 

And the location is excellent, too. Nestled between Arrieta and Arrecife, you're just a ten-minute drive from gorgeous beaches, lively bars and mouth-watering eateries. Keep the botanical vibe going with a visit to the world-famous Cactus Garden – a thirteen-minute walk – or head to Playa del Jablillo, driveable in fifteen minutes, for snorkelling in the crystal clear waters.

While the interiors are functional and fuss-free rather than overly fancy, this home is all about its outdoor offering, which includes a private pool, a brick-built barbecue and an alfresco dining area. Location-wise getting out and about is a breeze. When it’s time for dinner and drinks we suggest heading into Marina Rubicón, the heart of Playa Blanca, where you’ll find a variety of local gourmet restaurants and lounge bars.

There's something utterly relaxing about this seventh-floor flat, perched right next to La Puntilla. Between the seaside-inspired design, luminous living space and floor-to-ceiling windows boasting panoramas of the rolling waves, you'll have that beachy keen feeling from the moment you walk through the door. And trust us, with the Atlantic Ocean sparkling in the distance, you'll want to spend all day basking in that view.

Perfect for a couple, this pad has plenty of places to kick back and get comfortable. Plop down in the yellow chair with a good book and a refreshing drink, watching the ebb and flow of the tide. This villa is a twenty-minute walk from the centre of lively Corralejo so you’re not right in the thick of things – it’s better suited to those looking to relax and unwind. And you can certainly relax beside the pool – which is larger than most for a villa this size – on an array of comfy loungers. Inside there’s a mix of Canarian-style wood beams and bright splashes of colour – it’s homey and welcoming but not the most modern. We love the outside space, and Playa Vista Lobos is within easy reach.

Situated within a villa complex less than ten minutes' drive from Maspolamas, this recently renovated home will sing to those fond of contemporary design.

Large windows and glass doors bring plenty of natural light into the interior and this asset works particularly well with the wealth of reflective surfaces and stark white walls. There's a preference for minimalism in everything from the sleek kitchen to the pared-back approach to decoration, and we think the host has nailed it.

Besides, you might not actually be spending all that much time indoors, what with the swimming pool out in the garden, along with the barbecue and covered terrace complete with a lounge and alfresco dining table. Here, it's welcomingly easy to make the most of Gran Canaria's year-round warmth.

Elsewhere in the complex, there's a golf course 200m away from the home, as well as entertainment for children and a couple of shops and restaurants. You can also reach many of the beaches that run along the southern coastline of the island in under ten minutes' drive, while the Dunes of Maspalomas don't take much longer, either.

Morning strolls along Las Canteras Beach become part of the new routine at this smart studio apartment perched just 20 metres from the capital’s sandy shores. Part of a newly built apartment complex, this contemporary home has been thoughtfully designed to make the most of the studio space. Floor-to-ceiling windows reveal a glimpse of the sea, and the bedroom area is cleverly zoned to give a little separation. The only thing this place doesn’t offer is outdoor space. But with the beach, seafront bars, and restaurants so close, don’t let that be the deal breaker. 

The Tides of Time

If you want to be in the heart of Playa del Inglés, then this home could be for you. The Yumbo Centre, with its LGBT bars, clubs, restaurants, and supermarkets, is just 250 metres away. The beach, on the other hand, is 950 metres away. Or you could take a dip in this home's private above-ground plunge pool (there's a fee if you want it heated). There's a larger communal pool in the development, too, if you want to swim some lengths. This home is ideal for friends or a family looking for a central location.

The property is situated in an elevated location, offering extensive panoramic views of the resort and coastline. The spacious terrace and enclosed dining area are all decorated with glass to fully make the most of the surrounding vista! The villa is well presented with bright, airy, modern furniture and decorative touches. On entry, there is an open hallway leading to a spacious lounge diner with a high ceiling. Patio doors from here lead out to a glass-enclosed terrace with large sliding doors and an al-fresco style dining area. There are three bedrooms with large double beds and two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite. During the day, guests can relax on a sun lounger or take a dip in the glistening pool. In the evening, they can watch the sun set while cooking up delicious treats on the brick built BBQ. The resort centre is just a short drive away, offering a wide choice of bars and restaurants.

The house, refurbished in 2023, with a modern style, is distributed as follows: Entering the house, we find the living room-kitchen. On one side there is a bathroom with shower and the 2 bedrooms. On the other side of the accommodation, we find the living room and the terrace, which has an outdoor chair and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped, with dishwasher and kitchen utensils. There is free high-speed wifi in all rooms and air conditioning in the lounge."

This sparkling villa is tailor-made for large families or groups of friends looking for private luxury in rural Gran Canaria. Blessed with tranquility and boasting a fun-filled games room, it has the vibe of a five-star hotel that's reserved just for you. 

A huge open-plan living space – decorated in white walls and with tinges of colour on the furniture – is perfect for spending time as one group. However, when the sun sets on the terracotta tiles, you probably want to spend time outdoors. 

The huge terrace is adorned by intimate seating areas, comfy sun beds and, of course, the glistening pool. Every member of the group can fit in the pool, making it an idyllic spot for games of volleyball or water polo. Continuing the competitive side, get the rallies going during table tennis or practice your shooing at table football. 

Come the peace of the evening, there are two cute dining tables on the terrace, perfect for sharing tapas and a bottle of Cava. If you wanted to get out and discover the island, the charming restaurants and bars of Maspalomas are just a short drive away.

The whole villa faces west to make the most of the sunshine – as such, it's no surprise that the sunsets here are pretty spectacular. We think they pair best with grilled seafood (locally sourced, of course) and a bottle of Gran Canarian white wine, all enjoyed alfresco as the night rolls in.

When you're ready for adventure, you won't need to travel far. Enjoy a day on the links at the complex's golf course – you'll receive a special discount – or treat yourself to dinner and drinks at the restaurants on-site. Fancy a beach day? Playa de Maspalomas is a sixteen-minute drive away and famous for its vast sand dunes – it's a can't-miss while you're in town.

The crisp, contemporary interiors of the home and building would perfectly suit guests visiting the city for work or couples looking for a fuss-free stay. Don't let its studio apartment set-up put you off – the space is well-equipped with a modern kitchen and obligatory coffee pod machine for morning brews. The only downside for some would be the lack of outdoor space, but we can forgive that when the sandy shores are so close.

With the Sea on My Heart

Situated on a golfing resort and just a short drive to the beach, this cosy villa satisfies every style of holiday. Golf fanatics can hit the lush greens in the day time, whilst the beach-lovers can lay their towels on the golden sand. It's a location that caters to every vibe.

In between swinging from the tee and swimming in the azure waters of the Mediterranean Sea, you'll probably need some down time at the villa. The dreamy outdoor space is where you'll spend most of your time, whether it's taking a dip in the pool or lounging on the sun beds.

A cute outdoor table is tucked under the veranda, perfect for sharing freshly made tapas and a crisp glass of Rioja wine. There's also a table inside, sheltered from the scorching rays of the sun, for the snug nights in.

Welcome to the Victoria de los Dioses holiday home building. Let us introduce you to our amazing holiday accommodation in a paradisiacal setting. If you are looking for a dream place to relax and enjoy an unforgettable holiday, this is the ideal destination for you.

The building located in Gran Canaria, one of the most beautiful islands of the Canary archipelago, opened in July 2023 and belongs to the municipality of Telde, between the beaches of Melenara (140 metres away) and Salinetas (250 metres away). Sustainability has been taken into account and it is equipped with intelligent locks so that you can forget about the possible problems that keys can cause.

Melenara Beach is 350 metres long and 30 metres wide, with black volcanic sand and a wide range of restaurants that allow you to enjoy the rich and varied local gastronomy. Melenara is a quiet and very familiar beach, with parking and spa, with bathing service, adapted for disabled people, lifeguard service throughout the year, children's playground and blue flag.

The Apolo flat is located on the second floor, with two bedrooms, open-plan kitchen, living-dining room and bathroom. It is accessible, exterior, soundproofed, modern and bright, with capacity for three people and has all the comforts you could wish for. 

The spacious rooms are stylishly decorated with careful attention to detail and modern touches, with 1.5 metre beds, ideal for resting after a day of exploring. 

The dining room has a large bay window and offers a three-seater sofa bed, smart TV and side tables. The dining room has a table and three chairs, which can also be used for working, as the chairs are very comfortable. 

The fully equipped kitchen has a combined fridge, ceramic hob, microwave, extractor fan, complete kitchenware and small appliances, as well as a water purifier.

In the bathroom, apart from the WC, washbasin and shower tray, there is a washing machine and dryer together with a storage unit, where the hairdryer is located.

In short, it is the perfect place to disconnect, relax and create unforgettable memories of your getaway!

"Say Hola to The property! This pretty villa is great for groups who want the best of both worlds. The villa boasts an impressive terrace, ideal for lounging by the pool on a sunny day. There's plenty for you to do as The property comes with both a pool table and table tennis for your entertainment. If you prefer the company of a good book, then the exterior day bed is just for you, shaded from the sun, this cosy spot on the terrace is great for a midday snooze. There's also a shaded terrace and a bohemian-style dining table for alfresco dining. Why not grab some fresh produce from the local supermarket and whip up some delicious delights of homemade tapas or fresh seafood?

Inside the villa is split into two levels. Patio doors lead from the terrace to the lower ground floor where we find two ensuite bedrooms, one double and one twin. There's also a lounge area and a small kitchenette. With its own living quarters, this property is ideal for those traveling together who want a little extra space. Internal and external stairs lead up to the ground floor, where we find the remaining two bedrooms, another double and twin room with access to a separate shower room. There's a further living room and a full kitchen on this level, as well as indoor dining facilities. As an added bonus, this villa also has an upper terrace that leads off the ground floor and overlooks the pool area."
