This home is all about the location for us. Situated on the main avenue in the heart of Marbella, you’ll find the beach, promenade, and a selection of eateries within walking distance. Of course, with convenience comes the potential for some street noise and neighbouring buildings within close proximity – we think it’s worth it though to have everything on your doorstep. As a party of five, one guest will sleep on the sofa bed in the living room, but this makes a great base for a family or group of friends.

Spend the afternoon dipping in and out of the communal pool or slide on your sandals and explore your surroundings. Stroll along the Paseo Maritimo into the heart of Marbella or drive over to glitzy Puerto Banús for its high-end shops and super yacht-filled marina.
